Refund and Cancellation Policy

No recurring cancellation
Access passes are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel. Access ends automatically after the purchased number of days.
Activated access
Payments are non-refundable after access is activated, except where required by applicable law or for duplicate, failed or incorrect charges. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Payment support
Contact ourvisibleuniverse@gmail.com promptly with the account email and relevant date if a problem occurs. Never send card numbers, passwords or bank credentials.
